Cirrus Privacy Policy

Cirrus is a local-first macOS app. Most utility work stays on your device when you do not sign in. If you use account sync or Pro purchase verification, the data needed for those features is processed by external services and servers.

2.Personal data we process

  1. Account identifiers
  2. Email or profile identifiers provided by Google OAuth when needed to operate the service
  3. Supabase auth/profile data
  4. Synced snippet library items and color favorites
  5. Apple IAP purchase and transaction identifiers needed for verification
  6. Information you provide directly in support requests

3.Data handled locally

  1. Local utility data when you are not signed in
  2. Default Clipboard History session data
  3. Calculator input and results
  4. JSON Utility input and output
  5. If you save this data as a snippet or synced item, it may become part of account sync.

4.Purposes

  1. Sign-in and account maintenance
  2. Snippet and color favorite sync
  3. Pro purchase verification, entitlement, and restore
  4. Account deletion and support handling
  5. Security, error handling, and service operations

5.Retention

  1. Account data is retained while the account is active.
  2. Synced data is retained until you delete it or delete your account.
  3. Apple transaction verification records are retained as needed for entitlement and dispute handling.
  4. Support data is retained as needed to handle and follow up on requests.

  4. Web hosting providers
  5. The MVP does not use ad networks or tracking analytics.

7.External links

Cirrus may open external links from the app or website. Cirrus does not independently store or track external link visits, and third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

8.Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, account deletion, or data deletion. Use the in-app account deletion flow or contact sh@juo-factory.com.

9.Changes

When this privacy policy changes, this page will be updated with a new effective date. Material changes may also be announced in the app or on the website.
